Can I get help after my website goes live?

Yes. One-off support is available on request at $75 AUD per hour (excl. GST), minimum one hour. Support does not create ongoing obligations.

What is included in my website build?

Design, layout, content integration, and development using WordPress or Hostinger, delivered once according to the agreed project brief. Services not listed are excluded.

Which platform will my website be built on?

Your site will be built using WordPress or Hostinger Website Builder, depending on your needs. Hostinger is low-maintenance; WordPress offers greater flexibility.

Do you provide hosting or ongoing maintenance?

No. Hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, and security are not included unless a separate agreement is arranged.

What happens after the website is completed?

After final payment, all files and logins are transferred. Ownership and responsibility move to you, and the project is considered complete.

Who handles security and updates after launch?

WordPress sites are maintained by the client. Hostinger manages updates automatically. Clients are always responsible for hosting and domain renewals.

Do I own my website once it’s paid for?

Yes. Once paid in full, you own the website and your content. Design tools and methods are licensed for use on your site.

What ongoing costs should I expect?

Typical costs include hosting (~$60/year) and domain renewal (~$15/year), paid directly to third-party providers. Prices may vary.
